Junior Hyper Casual Game Developer
Role Overview
Responsibilities:
- Well execute and communicate the development of hyper casual games under the supervision of your lead.
- Well execute, block and ideate your own games to pitch to leads and publishers.
- Create requested block prototypes within 3 - 5 hours.
- Play test created games to analyze improvements that could be made to the gameplay.
- Coordinate the creation or placement of game art and other art interactions in the game.
- Push accepted games to the App Store or Google Play Store.
Outputs:
- Create playable CPI prototypes in 8 days or less. (Provide 3 playables monthly)
- Pitch 1 - 2 additional blocked ideas monthly to your lead.
